This cosy, non-smoking 2-room apartment is located in a quiet area in the heart of Cuxhaven-Duhnen. The apartment was newly renovated in 2024 and is located on the ground floor of the Aquaris building. It features a bedroom, an open-concept living area with an integrated kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower.
A central hallway provides access to the living room with kitchen and dining area, the shower room, and the separate bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with an electrically adjustable box-spring bed, a wardrobe, and a TV. The living room also features a TV and Wi-Fi. From the living area, you can also step out onto the spacious balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs and invites you to relax.
The open kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In addition, a parking space in front of the house is available free of charge.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment, and smoking is prohibited.

The balcony faces east.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. — return the key to the rental office or via the communal postbox.
