The apartment measures 67 square metres and offers ample space for up to 4 people.
The holiday rental is centrally and quietly located, near the Oder-Neisse Cycle Route. The bus stop and train station are just a short walk away. Parking spaces are available, as is a lockable bike storage room.

The holiday rental is located in a prestigious townhouse right in the heart of the city, yet in a quiet area. It measures 67 square metres and offers ample space for up to 4 people. The holiday rental is on the mezzanine level, is modern, and equipped with every comfort. For relaxation, guests can use the seating area in the garden, which features a fire pit, grill, and playground.

1 living/dining room (33 square metres) with a separate sleeper sofa featuring a box-spring function, Italian designer furniture, LED TV, CD radio, fireplace, CO2 detector, fly screens, blackout curtains, and roller blinds
1 dressing room with full-length mirror, luggage rack, ironing board + iron, clothes brush, sewing kit, safe
1 fully equipped kitchen where you’ll find everything you need
1 bathroom with tub & toilet and all the amenities for your comfort, fly screens, window alarm

3 different types of pillows to choose from, free Wi-Fi, USB outlet, umbrellas available to borrow, shoe-shining kit, portable air conditioner, outdoor seating area, bicycle storage, parking directly in front of and behind the house; upon request, you can use our grill or our spacious fire pit; a washing machine and/or dryer are available to guests free of charge for stays of 3 nights or more
