Villa Talblick in the Altmühltal Nature Park

Villa Talblick is a beautifully situated country house with a magnificent view of the natural surroundings. The entire property faces south/east, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long. <br><br>The villa consists of a total of two fully equipped holiday apartments in the main building and a liveable garden cottage with a wood-fired sauna, a former chicken coop converted into a bedroom, an outdoor kitchen (for the summer months), and a heated bathroom for the garden cottage. The holiday apartments are connected by an internal staircase. <br><br>Each holiday apartment, as well as the garden cottage, is fully equipped with a bathroom and kitchen. The main house features a veranda with a breathtakingly wide view of the valley on both floors, accessible from every room. <br><br>The garden cottage features a bedroom/living room with a double bed and a sauna. The sauna can also be used as a bedroom with two single beds. <br><br>In addition, there is a former chicken coop in the outdoor area. (Funky Chick Club) This has been converted into a bedroom and features only a double bed. The cabin and the chicken coop are naturally heated. A heated bathroom is available exclusively for the cabin. <br><br>The sleeping arrangements are as follows: <br><br>Upper holiday apartment: <br><br>- Bedroom with 1 double bed <br>- Sofa bed in the kitchen/living area for 1 person<br>- Large living/dining area with seating for approx. 16 at the dining table<br>- Workspace with a magnificent view of the valley<br><br>Lower holiday apartment:<br><br>- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed <br>- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed<br>- Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds <br><br>Garden shed:<br><br>- “Chicken Coop” bedroom with 1 double bed<br>- Garden shed with 1 double bed<br>- Optional garden shed sauna with 2 single beds <br><br>Located between Nuremberg and Ingolstadt, a 5-minute drive from Greding with all shopping amenities, and 10 minutes from Beilngries on the Main-Danube Canal/Altmühl River and other charming towns. The location is very quiet, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Altmühltal Nature Park.<br><br>The two wonderfully spacious, light-filled apartments—both facing south—are perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself. They were completely renovated in July 2020, modernised with all new appliances, and tastefully furnished. High-speed Wi-Fi is available (60 Mbit/s), <br>Free parking is available on the property directly in front of the house. There is a charging station for your electric car in the garage for a small fee.<br><br>You can dispose of glass and plastic bottles in the recycling bins at Kirchstrasse 15 in Herrnsberg and another 200 metres further outside of town—thank you very much.
