We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this lovely home in Saluda, NC. The owners have outdone themselves in accommodating their guests. The house is well appointed with anything you can think of that you may need to enjoy a getaway. Labeled light switches and detailed notebook of property is a plus. The kitchen is fully stocked. If you need an item or gadget to cook with, it’s already there. The coffee bar was an unexpected treat; located just steps away from sipping coffee on the expansive deck and enjoy a cool mountain morning. A comfy seating area on the front porch is also an inviting place to enjoy solitude, a beverage or conversation. There is also a fire pit in the back yard…perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the stars in the night sky. The bathrooms have very nice showers, complete with dispensers of body wash, shampoo and conditioners (just like an upscale hotel). The beds are very comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool table, foosball table, darts and a bookcase filled with fun games on the lower level. Our grandsons, especially, enjoyed having their own television/seating area on this level, too. The main level has a very comfortable sectional style sofa and a large dining table that easily accommodates a family. There are multiple televisions throughout the home and the all-important Wi-Fi. We can’t think of anything that was lacking from this property or that we missed from not being in our own home. We are looking forward to returning!
