Vacation apartment with a terrace and breathtaking mountain views

"Bergnest" Holiday Rental - Freshly Renovated & Surrounded by Nature. Our lovingly renovated holiday rental is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and offers a magnificent view of the countryside—with direct access to the patio and garden. The approximately 60 m² space can accommodate up to four people. The apartment features two bedrooms, an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a storage room, and a sunny terrace. A small playground awaits our youngest guests in the garden—accessible directly from the terrace. A pellet stove, dishwasher, oven, and Senseo and filter coffee makers also contribute to a cosy atmosphere. Books and board games are also available. Whether enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue in the evening—at Bergnest, you can relax and enjoy nature to the fullest. A deposit of 20% is due upon signing the contract. The balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM; check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax is 3.00 euros per person per night (ages 16 and up). You must bring your own towels, but they can be booked as an add-on for 5 euros per set. Charging electric cars is not permitted. Please note: Our apartment is to remain smoke-free. An ashtray is provided on the balcony for smokers.
