In the small town of Maslenica on the bay of Novigrad (near Zadar) you will find the beautiful and very comfortable holiday home with a beautiful sea view from the roof terrace on the second floor. Furnished in a modern and friendly way, it is ideal for relaxation in a quiet atmosphere, where your children can play carefree on the fenced property. Ideal for families up to 6 people, the house is also on offer for 7 or 8 people. A private swimming pool provides refreshment and bathing pleasure right at the house.

In Maslencia you can reach the beach in a few minutes, where the children can jump, climb and splash in the aqua park. A trip to nearby Zadar with its lively old town is also recommended. With remains of Roman buildings to modern sights, the "Greeting to the Sun" square and the Sea Organ, Zadar offers a lot of variety in addition to excellent beaches and enchanting bathing bays.

Activities nearby: For those who want to enjoy the mountains in addition to the sea, the Paklenica gorges near Starigrad, about 15 km away, offer hiking and climbing on. And you will see a wonderful river landscape with waterfalls and crystal-clear water during a canoe trip on the Zrmanja near Obrovac. Boat trips to the lower Zrmanja canyon with swimming stops are also offered in the Novigrad Bay.
