Our retreat is the ideal getaway for singles, couples, or families with children. Whether you’re looking to spend a relaxing weekend or treat yourself to a longer getaway—you’re always welcome here.

The spacious, barrier-free holiday apartment—newly built in early 2021—is equipped to a high standard and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay:

Bedroom with a comfortable double bed
Spacious living and dining room with a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa
Modern, fully equipped kitchen
Comfortable bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling rain shower and bathtub
Infrared sauna for soothing relaxation
Underfloor heating in all rooms for pleasant warmth

Outside, two small terraces with patio furniture and a grill await you. Wi-Fi and parking are, of course, available free of charge.

Note:
Right next to the Auszeitoase is an additional double room—our “little oasis of well-being”—with a separate entrance. This can be booked as an optional add-on, subject to availability. Ideal if you’d like to holiday with another household or additional family members but value your privacy.

Good to know:
There is no tourist tax or security deposit.
Children and dogs are very welcome here. For each dog, you pay just €10 per stay.

Perfect location in the Sauerland
The holiday rental is nestled in the beautiful countryside of the Hochsauerland. Numerous hiking trails start right outside the door, and the famous Rothaarsteig is just a few kilometres away. In winter, you can enjoy the view of the Bruchhauser Steine from the living room.
Ski enthusiasts can reach Willingen (11 km) and Winterberg (20 km) in just a short drive.

If our “Auszeit” retreat happens to be booked, our “Chalet Auszeit” holiday home is available as an alternative.
