No A/C in the home:
Our home was built with insulated concrete form walls and high‑efficiency attic insulation, creating a naturally cool, tightly sealed interior. Even without air conditioning, the house stays surprisingly comfortable throughout McCall’s mild summers, and each bedroom includes a fan for added airflow when needed.
• Pet-Free/Smoke-Free: No pets, smoking, parties, or events.
• Security: Exterior surveillance at the front door (motion/sound recording).
• Booking: Minimum stay: 2 nights (some dates require 3–4 nights).
• Check-in: After 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM.
• Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ and present during stay.
• Subject to City of McCall ordinances (noise, occupancy, safety).
