Renter beware. I will not be renting from The Landing again. Positives: very new, clean and had what we neededNegatives: no customer service, you have to get a background check to rent, you have to download the app, the directions on the app are not accurate which caused us a lot of hassle. The breaker box was turned off so the stove wouldn't start. We had to solve that mystery to cook breakfast. The keys we on the counter in an unlocked apartment which was not at all what was supposed to happen. The lockbox in the lobby doesn't exist and if it does, it isn't labeled. I've called customer service and was told there were 10 calls in front of me, so I left a callback number. I never got a callback. I got lots of automated texts but no one ever answered or helped us. I've sent several emails and haven't gotten any customer service so.... I'm writing a very honest review.Don't rent here.
