We charge 10 € per day for the optional pool heating.

Alarm system
For your safety and ours, the property is equipped with an alarm system. It features two smoke detectors, three motion detectors, door sensors, and an outdoor siren.
When the house is unoccupied, an outdoor camera monitors the area in front of the house and the garden. One Mînut sensor inside the house and one outside monitor humidity and noise levels.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house and all facilities.
