The "Elfer" holiday apartment, located on the ground floor of Haus Wallner in a very central part of Neustift, is ideal for 2–6 people. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with 3 beds, 2 bathrooms with a tub/shower, and 2 toilets. The apartment also features a very well-equipped kitchen, a cosy farmhouse-style living room with a tiled stove and TV, and a terrace with a garden. The building also has a ski storage room and a drying room.

The holiday rental is in a very quiet location, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Neustift. Restaurants, bars, the bakery, and supermarkets are all within walking distance. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the house.

In the summer, the Stubai Super Card is included in the price. With this card, you can enjoy many amenities—such as all mountain railways in the Stubai Valley and much more—free of charge.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, zentral und ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung war toll, sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Wir konnten auch nach einem anstrengenden Tag noch ins Zentrum laufen um Essen zu gehen und zu bummeln. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber, die Terrasse konnten wir in den paar Tagen, die wir da waren ebenfalls gut nutzen. Aufgrund der Stubai-super-card konnten wir das Auto immer stehen lassen und mit dem Bus fahren. Die nächste Haltestelle war gleich ums Eck. Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht.
