Luxury condo perfectly located in downtown Kalamazoo. Many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Cozy bedroom with en suite bathroom. Unwind in the living room and enjoy a warm fireplace with city views on the private balcony. Condo has many amenities including free parking, wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils and smart tv. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 11am. Party’s, large gatherings and loud music are strictly prohibited. In the event that these instances occur you will be fined $500.

Sheets were dirty upon arrival for the sofa bed and the sheets on the main bed were filthy (including crumbs and hair) and stained. Very obviously not washed. My kids slept with the two (family of 4) bath towels that were in the unit. The host asked that the comforter be put in the washing machine - but the sheets for the sofa bed were in there already and dirty, probably because there was no detergent provided. I reached out to the host about our issues/concerns and have yet to hear a response.
