Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The host did not send me any check in details. I tried calling and picked up and didn’t respond. I got VRBO involved and they tried reaching by out couldn’t do anything and told me that they will cancel the booking and I found a hotel by myself while stuck in the city with my suitcase.
