Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Keszthely. The studio is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. BALKES007 (4+2P) and BALKES 049 (4+1P) are located in the same house. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
