Perfect place for a quiet, relaxing trip! Thankful for necessities being provided and no need to bring beach towels and beach chairs in the car with us. Friendly residents! My boys appreciated the unit being so close to the basketball court and the heated pool. Wish there was an outdoor hot tub but that is certainly not in the owner’s control. The beach of the El Matador is nothing short of stunning!

This condo is perfect for a family wanting a relaxing vacation at the beach. The first floor access is a real time saver (no waiting for elevators), the nearby beach is at the far end before the military base (very quiet without through traffic on foot), and the unit itself is very well stocked with beach items, coffee maker, etc.We can't wait to come back!

The perfect condo for a family of 4. The unit was clean and well stocked with essentials including all sorts of beach and pool items. We loved being on the first floor for easy access. If you like soft pillows we suggest bringing your own otherwise the stay was perfection!
