This stylish and well designed 78 m3 place is ideal for a couple. It has a 240% view to the Ionian Sea and the surrounding islands as well as a view to the pristine forest of the back hill. Very spacious with amenities and an aethrium with screens to protect guests from insects while dining or working or just enjoying the view...

The space
The Attic house has a very spacious open plan kitchen and living room viewing the Ionian Sea. It has a big sofa with a new TV (Netflix) where u can enjoy a good movie after a tiring day around the beautiful area. A dining area too which can be also used as a working space. It has an adjacent spacious bedroom with a balcony and its own bathroom facing both the sea and the back hill forest as well as the backyard. What adds more is an huge aethrium (with screens) with various functions like a second dining area, working area and area to relax and have a drink over this spectacular view. Free wi-fi all over the condominium...

Apart from the spacious Attic house which is on the first floor, the part of the villa on the middle floor is surrounded by little shady corners with great views right next to the beautiful flower beds and gardens. It is a space either to be left alone in some areas or to socialize when in the mood to... There is plenty of parking space right out of the villa...
