Welcome to your home away from home in the prestigious Whalehead community. Recently transitioned to private management, this 4-bedroom coastal cottage is designed for families who want the "Old Corolla" charm without sacrificing modern luxuries. With a private pool, brand new bubbling hot tub, and a crow's nest deck offering stunning Atlantic views, you’re just 1,152 feet (a 3-minute stroll) from the wide, sandy beaches of the Outer Banks.

The Space
Our home features a "Reverse Floor Plan" to maximize the coastal breezes and natural light:

Top Level (The Social Hub): An expansive great room with vaulted ceilings, a flat-screen TV, and direct deck access. The open-concept kitchen features a breakfast bar (seating 4) and a dining area (seating 6) perfect for family seafood dinners.

The Crow’s Nest: Ascend to the highest point of the house for a morning coffee or sunset cocktail with panoramic ocean views.

Mid-Level (The Sleeping Quarters): Peace and quiet. Features 3 Queen Bedrooms (one with a private TV) and a fun Bunk Room with two sets of twin bunks perfect for the kids’ "midnight" stories.

Ground Level (The Oasis): Your new custom built private outdoor fun in the sun. A fully gated 30' x 14' private pool, a luxury hot tub, and a shaded carport sitting area.
