Welcome to Apartment 68 in the Belvedere Building.
This small, cozy vacation apartment for 1–2 guests—just a few meters from the pier’s forecourt—offers a wonderful base for your vacation!

The 23-square-meter one-room apartment on the 7th floor features a small entryway with a full-length mirror, a built-in closet, coat hooks, and an intercom.
The modern, interior shower room, featuring an illuminated mirror cabinet, electrical outlets, a floor-level shower, and a two-panel glass shower enclosure, also includes a convenient heated towel rack.

In the combined living and sleeping area, you’ll find a small built-in corner kitchen with a refrigerator that includes a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a two-burner ceramic cooktop.

A two-seater sofa, an armchair, a wall unit with storage and a flat-screen TV, as well as a height-adjustable coffee table—which serves as the dining table in this small apartment—complete the furnishings. Whether you’re at the beach or stuck with “crappy weather”: Books on a variety of topics are available for book lovers.

When unfolded, the sturdy fold-out bed offers a large, comfortable sleeping area (180 cm × 200 cm). Blackout curtains are provided to ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.
The apartment is fully equipped with high-quality tile flooring.

From the furnished northwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the evening sun and colorful sunsets.

You can park your car right in front of the building in a parking space reserved for your apartment.

Welcome to the “Belvedere” apartment building!

The 7-story apartment building, with its 91 apartments, is located just 100 meters from the white, fine-sand South Beach, the lively pier plaza, and the new 1.5-kilometer-long promenade.
As a guest at the Belvedere, you have the option to use the sauna located on the roof (7th floor) for a fee. The spacious rooftop terrace with its magnificent ocean view is also freely accessible to you.
A private parking space right in front of the building saves you the trouble of searching for parking.
Thanks to the two elevators, you can easily transport your luggage all the way up to the 6th floor. The building entrance is conveniently accessible via ramps if needed.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (available for a fee).

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants, bakeries, the spa center, playgrounds, shops, beach chair rentals, bike rentals, and recreational activities.
