Great location . If you want to cook dinner you got the market in front of the apartment a bakery to your left (make sure you get there before 5pm) don’t hesitate to use the roof top it’s pretty cool. Well stayed 3 nights love it
Clean place and you will feel like home.
We booked this property for one night while in Quebec City. It is centrally located with easy access to a lot of areas on foot, but certainly by car. The accommodation was great. Due to the snow, someone had moved two garbage bins that were interfering with our parking space. We contacted the host and she addressed it immediately. She was very responsive and that was greatly appreciated.
If you want to visit the slums of Quebec City this is your place. I don't write too many reviews but wanted to share the experience my family had here so no one is mislead. This place is the total opposite of what you see in brochures.
The description that we had when we booked was grossly misleading and has been updated since, was advertised as 3 king beds, actually they are queen, balcony, no there is none, just a railing that you could fall from, parking spot is #1 and is beside 2 garbage containers overflowing with rats and smelling of urine, laundry, sorry again none in the unit as advertised apparently you have to go in the basement of the building and pay to use it, and to top it off homeless people walking around at night and sleeping in the park steps from the apartment and we had a resident that scared the entire family as we he watched as we entered the rear of the building claiming he lost his phone and asking my 10 year old son if he could help find it , he came up from the first floor to knock on our door while we were unloading our car. we had to actually call the Quebec police to file a complaint as the owner refused to do anything. Not even close to the centre as described, we basically stayed out all day and dreaded coming back to sleep, the beds felt like there were fleas and the carpet from the rear entrance leading to the 1st and second floor apartments smelled like death and the building felt like it was actually vibrating, did not feel safe or clean at all while we stayed there, would not recommend to my worst enemy. I have photos and description saved if anyone would like to see. I wish I could give it a zero rating but could not give less than 1.

Hi,
First of all, thank you for staying at out place. We do care about our customer and do our very best to host them for a 5* stay. I'm sorry to read your comments. We have been renting this place for 2 years and never had any issues before. We did our best to try to fix your problem as soon as you notified us. Like my 500+ others comments will prove, we really care about our place and this condo is very well located to visit Quebec city !
Thank you
