No pets allowed; distance to the beach approx. 1,200 m.<br><br>This stylish 2-room apartment, “Haubentaucher” (non-smoking), is located on the 1st floor of a single-family home and is accessible via a staircase. With a floor area of approx. 62 square metres, it offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea.<br><br>The modern interior design style extends throughout all rooms, and the large windows let in plenty of sunlight. Despite the large double bed (180x200), there’s still plenty of space in the bedroom. The sofa can be converted into a 110x190 sleeping surface in a single motion, and the armchair invites you to finally pick up a book again. For your entertainment, there’s a 48-inch Smart TV. A few books and a small selection of games provide some variety. The large built-in closet in the hallway offers plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.<br>The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub is a great way to start the day, and here, too, you’ll find plenty of storage and counter space.<br><br>In front of the house, there is a small, sunny outdoor seating area. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here, and bicycles can be parked on the property next to your car. <br><br>We recommend occupancy for up to 2 people.<br>The price includes Wi-Fi, all utilities, and 1 parking space directly in front of the house. <br>All beds are equipped with our own mattress protectors, pillows, and blankets; please bring your own beach towels and blankets. <br>You can rent linens from us; to do so, you must book the "Linen Box per Person" option. You’ll receive the (booked) laundry box at our office upon arrival.<br><br>The beach and the Wendtorf Marina are within easy walking distance (about 1.2 km from your apartment). Here you’ll also find snack bars, boat and bike rentals, as well as <br>a water sports school that rents out equipment such as SUPs and surfboards. A sauna caravan with a view of the Baltic Sea, a large children’s adventure park, a skate park, tennis courts, and much more are all located right in town. Take advantage of beauty and wellness treatments, which you can book at the spa hotel within walking distance (indoor and outdoor pools available).<br><br>It doesn’t get any fresher than this: fish caught that very day, straight from the boat, is available at the marina—where you can also enjoy hot meals. Small playgrounds along the newly redesigned promenade, an ice cream parlour, and Steffen Henssler’s Ahoi restaurant—perched high above with a unique view of the marina—await you.
