Our stay

Great property, nice room, everything as noted in listing. They did not allow early check in and when asking we got an auto reply each time. The was our only issue. Beach chairs were available on the beach to rent. Nice short walk and pools and property was maintained. Will stay here again in the future. Furniture was comfortable and patio as well.

Great Stay at This Property

The property was as advertised and a great way to enjoy Spring Break and the Gulf of Mexico. We had a sink issue that was fixed immediately upon calling. The hot tub went down mid-week, but things like that happen. I would stay here again.

Recommend this place but...

The view is absolutley georgeous! The condo itself was clean and neat. No complaints only suggestions. The couch in the condo pulls out into a bed. However, the top part of the bed where one would lay their head kept collpsing causing you to have to lay sideways to sleep. It is not the most comfortable situation. Also, we tried to use the television in both the den area and bedroom. Both could not keep a signal. I still give the room and cleanliness a freat rating!

As advertised

While the building itself is dated, this unit was not. Simply decorated and furnished, not overdone as some can be. Perfect for 2 adults. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking. Bed was comfortable. Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend staying here and would stay again if we have the opportunity

Beautiful condo. The sofa in the den lacked in comfort and appeal. Was surprised!

Others great. The tub wasn’t spotless. It had some minor mildew in the grout, but overall, a great experience!! Perhaps a laundry basket in the main bathroom would help with disposing wet towel. Just a suggestion. The Roman shades in the master lacked in privacy from the sides. Someone outside could peer in through the sides if so desired. Made me a little uncomfortable getting dressed with lights on. Perhaps block out sheers hanging to the sides could eliminate that issue. Thanks for a nice stay. Off season get away..so peaceful

We had a great time at this location. We were practically the only ones in the condo units never having to share or wait for an elevator. It rained most of the time we were there so we had a wonderful time just relaxing reading and listening to the ocean waves and thunderstorms. Highly recommend… Will definitely go again !

Beautiful View

Very nicely decorated, well supplied kitchen. Awesome view! One odd issue, when the microwave was used it tripped the circuit breaker. Easy to reset but we were cooking after dark so it got really dark in the place.

Excellent place for a getaway. The condo was clean and the view was amazing. The entire complex was very nice. I love the room where they let people leave their beach items when they depart. Excellent idea.

Condo was very nice with beautiful gulf views. The entire property was very clean and the 2 pools (1 indoor) were great if it rained. My family really enjoyed staying in this condo.

Cute unit, needs a little cosmetic help

Cute unit at Perdido Sun that was centrally located to shopping and steps from a beautiful beach. The unit was decorated nicely but some general cosmetic updates would help (no blinds in bedroom, peeling ceiling, door knobs loose, etc). Microwave use caused breakers to go off. All lights and tv had to be turned off to use the microwave longer than a few seconds. Bring your own knife if you’re planning to cook. Property in general was great with two pools and hot tub, short boardwalk to beach with excellent beach service for chairs/trash. Would stay at the property again but would hope to see a few minor issues attended to thay would enhance the stay!

Spectacular!!

This place is amazing! The view was spot on! The balcony was so big and it was the perfect place to eat, read, or just gaze all while seeing and hearing the ocean waves. Even on the rainy days you can still sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. The condo was so beautifully decorated and the owners thought of everything! This is the best place I have stayed in! Perdido Key was the perfect location for us. It was quiet and the beaches were not crowded. It was just a little east of Orange Beach, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and congestion. It's also close to Pensacola. The building also had a little room as you walk to the pool/beach where people would donate their beach chairs, beach toys, pool floaties, boogie boards, etc. That's so useful for people that can't bring those items when they fly. That way they don't have to spend money on something they are just going to use for a week. The owners provided all information in a timely manner through email and text and I never had any issues. I will definitely stay here again and again!

Relaxing and Beautiful

This is our second time staying at Perdido Sun. We love the location and the people. This condo was well decorated and had a gorgeous view. We often sat our on the patio for coffee and our meals just to soak up the view. While we did have malfunctions with the toaster and coffee pot, customer service was courteous and fast to respond with replacements. I loved the fact that we had plenty of bath towels for the week. If you plan on grilling, bring grilling tools with you. There is one set of regular sized tongs; however, all of the spatulAs in this unit are plastic. Great condo, comfortable bed and furniture!

Good location.

Perdido Sun is a good location to shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and efficient. The deck is kind of small and gets pretty wet if it rains. The bathtub/shower needs to be updated. Overall it was a decent place and would stay there again.
