Location, location, location! Our condo is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Breckenridge. A short 3 minute walk to Main Street to enjoy all the shopping and restaurants the town has to offer. Walk a few blocks to the QuickSilver Super Chair lift to Peak 9 or take the free bus from the bus stop located right outside the front of the building to the Gondola, the fastest way to Peak 8 or 7.

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers you the perfect mountain retreat. All the comforts of home. Enjoy the updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Relax in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace after a long day of skiing. The living room also offers plentiful seating, a 42 inch smart TV with cable. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with wooded and mountain views.

The cozy Master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The Master bathroom offers a shower stall. Second bedroom has bunk beds with two FULL size mattresses and a twin size trundle. Hall bath features a bath/shower combo.

When you enter the property you are greeted with a beautiful vaulted atrium with cozy seating areas giving you the feel of a true lodge experience. On-site amenities include an underground parking garage, free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, outdoor hot tub, and a seated patio area with built in barbecue grills and a fire pit.

Everyone will enjoy the activities at Carter Park, located right next door. In the Winter, Carter Park offers a sledding hill (we have a couple of sleds in the condo for your use), playground and pavilion. In the Summer, sand volleyball, tennis courts and open fields. There is a trailhead located at the park that is great for hiking, snow shoeing or mountain biking.

Restaurants, shopping, recreation center, grocery store, post office, ice skating rink are all within walking distance!

We had a gret stay here. Our ladt rental in Breck had a wood fireplace and we thought we'd miss it, but the awesome hot hut well made up for it!

The host was very upfront and did a great job at communicating. The condo had lots of amenities and extras. There was a small issue but got resolved swiftly. The place could have a couple other features added/fixed and was noted to the host but was a great place and location to stay for a few days when in Breck. Would stay here again.

Great spot for skiing

The apartment was exactly as advertised, spacious enough for our group, stocked with all one needs, and, most importantly, an easy walk to the lifts and to stores and restaurants. Hot tub and grills were a nice plus, as was the balcony. Would certainly stay there again, and recommend it to others.

Great Trip

Property was clean and location was walking distance to main street which was great. We also enjoyed being so close to sledding at Carter park. The only drawback was lack of seating in the living room. Only chair and love seat.

Great place in Breckenridge

The property was great. It was clean, and it had lots of kitchen essentials that other places sometimes lack. We also really liked the underground garage. That made it so much easier to drive off in the morning after it had snowed a lot.

Breck at its Best

This was the perfect place for our first ski trip to Breck. "Atrium" is actually a bus stop on the free blue line to head to the slopes and not worry about parking. Afterwards, its a short walk to historic downtown. Condo was spotless and had all the amenities for a long weekend.

Absolutely Perfect Spot!

We came for a reunion and 5 of us stayed in the condo that sleeps 6. Comfortable for all. Great location walkable to all the activities. We loved it! The only issue that might pop up is being a little cautious in the master bedroom shower. Water can leak out if you're not careful. Minor issue......

Very nice property.

Beautiful well maintained property, with great responsive owners. The only complaint we had was that there seemed to be some kind of professional furniture throwing and chair scraping contest going on upstairs every night. Possibly a bowling ally. I went up there and asked them if they could keep it down, and they said they would, but they didn’t quite. So long story short: great place to stay, but bring ear plugs.

Furniture in Living Room was very uncomfortable. Shower has a gap in glass door that allowed water to get on floor. Bath with tub has a loose faucet. Toilet in bedroom bath is loose.

The condo is walking distance to lift 9 and downtown. Loved the view, fireplace, underground parking (tough if driving a suberban), goodies left in fridge (alcohol and condiments). There were just small things need fixing. There was no handle for the cabinet below the primary bathroom sink. The bathrooms were redone except the cabinets weren't replaced. The counters in the bathrooms were really low and I'm just 5'2". To get to this unit, you'll have to walk up 2 flights of stairs, some narrow with luggage and gear. This was a great place to stay in Breckenridge!

Great stay

Everything was great about this property. The only complaint would be with the property not with the condo. There's no elevator so you will have to carry everything up stairs if ur not on the first floor. However the condo was great!

Great place!

Really wonderful stay—we came during ski season and this place was so great. Very clean, comfy beds, comfty couch/recliner in the living room, HUGE kitchen and lots of surfaces for eating. The temperature control was great...we were there when Breck was really cold and we stayed warm and cozy. At night, it was so easy to walk to town and enjoy main street and walk to the grocery store! Only a few downsides...the bus stop that is right out front of the building is currently not running (the Blue Route). Since we had a rental car we were able to park at the local ice rink lot and catch the brown line route to either Beaver Run or the BreckConnect Gondola to ski. On the first day, since the bus wasn't running, I walked in my ski boots with all my gear to the Quicksilver run and IT.WAS.A.TREK. Mostly because it was so icy everywhere. Definitely recommend having a car and parking in the ice rink lot, just be sure to get there early to get a spot. Only other downside...we thought the hot tub was closed the whole time...and it was, the one closest to us, at least! Turns out there's a hot tub on the other end of the building that we could have been using! All in all, really wonderful place and AMAZING support from the owner.

Long weekend Trip to Breck

Had a great time. Jennifer's unit is in a great location to allow for walking to the shops and restaurants on Main St. The unit had everything we needed for a long weekend visit.

We had a very good experience. The condo is clean, well furnished, and location is terrific - close to town and a short walk to peak 9 base. Check-in and check out were a breeze, and communication with the host was timely and helpful. Highly recommended.

AWESOME STAY CLOSE TO THE MOUNTAINS

Owner was responsive, friendly and made my stay comfortable. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long days of riding. Close and convenient location to peak 9 and shuttles to take you to the gondola. Would def recommend!
