This is a lovely location and the casita is very comfortable, with an especially nice bathroom. The small outside space with chairs provided an enjoyable space for savoring the desert environment. Although the kitchen is small, the appliances are nicely tucked into the available space. The kitchen would benefit from having a larger modern coffee maker and more coffee cups (we brought out own coffee maker so it didn't impact us), and at least a couple of sharp knives suitable for paring/slicing fruit, breads etc. The host was very amenable in allowing early access to accommodate our need for rest, but an apparent misunderstanding with the house cleaners resulted in the property being locked when we arrived and not having been cleaned. However, after facilitation of contact by VRBO, the host quickly took care of the cleaning and provided access. We especially appreciated the arrangement provided in the parking area that discourages rodents from damaging auto wiring. The combination of AC and ceiling fans provided very comfortable temperature control throughout the unit.
