Important Details:
* Communal outdoor pools are seasonal (Memorial Day to Labor Day).
* Condo is the end unit on the 1st floor of a three story building. No stairs required for entry.
* Total occupancy is 6 people
* A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
* Minimum age to rent is 23.

-No 3rd party bookings, person booking must be present for the entire stay.

- Pets are limited to dogs 60lbs or under. No pee pads permitted, please clean up after your pet.

-Guest agrees to abide by community rules and regulations.

-We do not allow outside vendors or service providers to operate on-site at any time.

-There will be a $500 charge for the smell of any type of smoke in the house.

-Do not use hair dye while staying as it permanently stains our linens. Also, do not use glitter, or tape anything to walls, ceilings or cabinets as it leaves permanent marks. Fee for noncompliance will be $300.

-Guests are responsible for amenity cards. Should they be lost, there is a $10 charge for replacement.

-If more humans are staying at the property than the occupancy allows, guest will be asked to leave the property, no refund will be provided.

-No Fireworks

-Guest concerns and/or complaints should be in writing by VRBO message within 24 hours of discovery, and prior to departure, allowing the owners sufficient time to document and undertake reasonable corrections. If hosts are not allowed to make corrections during the stay, refunds will not be provided. We believe in making vacations enjoyable.

-Any health or safety concerns must be communicated with a police report. Guests must contact the police and have a report completed with a thorough police inspection.
