Five mins from downtown and Wynwood and 15 from Miami Beach. Bedroom has a king bed, living has a sifa bed. Full kitchen, dining room and a nice bathroom. The unit has washer and dryer inside.

FOB takes you to 15th floor and also to 11th floor for the gym. Do not cause noise, parties. Be respectful with neighbors, lobby, valet. Balcony, very careful, no playing.
