The Space- Our home is designed for easy living and effortless hosting: The Hub: The main level features an open-concept kitchen and living area, so the "chef" of the group is never left out of the conversation. Whether you're gathering in the formal dining room or grabbing a quick bite in the breakfast nook, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Rest & Privacy: All four bedrooms are tucked away upstairs. You'll find a spacious King Suite for the primary guest, plus three comfortable Queen rooms, ensuring the whole group has a private space to unwind. Convenience: We’ve kept the laundry room upstairs near the bedrooms (where the clothes actually are!) and a handy half-bath downstairs for guests. Outdoor Living at Its Best - The real magic happens out back. After a long day on the course, you can: Unwind on the screened-in patio with a cold drink, free from the Georgia gnats. Fire up the Recteq grill or Blackstone griddle on the back deck for a championship-level cookout. End the night by the fire pit or listen to the peaceful sounds of the koi pond.
