The property backs to open athletic fields, creating a spacious and open feel. When school is not in session, guests may enjoy the nearby playground and green space, which can be a great bonus for families. to WPAFB, Downtown Dayton, Beavercreek, Xenia, and more. The Creekside Trail is about a mile from the house and you could bike to it.
