Breathtaking views unique, 3 bedroom 3 bath close to everything 12 miles to the ocean brand new remodel high end appliances, entertainers backyard with BBQ, fire pit, spool and endless sunset views of Lady Face Mtn in the Santa Monica range. Super host for 15+ years.
This is the type of home you don’t wanna leave. We often have repeat renters that will rent for 2 to 3 months at a time. Long term rates available. A recent downstairs remodel with an entertainers backyard with BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor tv, hot tub / spool. And waterfall. Gardens around the house is very tropical setting making you feel as if you are on a vacation. We also have an EV charging station in the 2 car garage. So much in this home it is a slice of heaven and very private even in a neighborhood. Dog / kids park is only one block away. Great for walking, kids or bike riding. Agora Hills is a perfect place to stay for a couple days or months.
