Walk/bike to restaurants, American Tobacco, DPAC and the Bulls Stadium! This studio features wood floors, 10 ft ceilings, energy-efficient floor-to-ceiling window shades with a remote control, granite countertops, stainless appliances, walk-in shower, and brand-new GE washer/dryer inside the unit. The unit #15 is located on the 1st Fl! There is an elevator in the building. One secured/covered garage parking spot is included w/an area for bike storage in the Garage level. There is a shared rooftop terrace w/grill and city view on the 5th Fl.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
