This apartment is set up to be a true home away from home, with enough room for eight people to stay without tripping over each other. There are three separate bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, so six adults can sleep comfortably. If you have a larger group, the living room has a sofa bed that opens up to accommodate two more guests.
The main living area is open and practical. You have a full kitchen with a stove, fridge, making it easy to cook real meals instead of relying on takeout.
We’ve also made sure you have the essentials for a longer stay, including a full bathroom and your own washer and dryer right in the unit.
The biggest perk for this area is definitely the parking, you have access to two included spots, which removes the stress of finding street parking.
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest that is not on the reservation.

We are located in a quiet, residential pocket of Pierrefonds. It’s the kind of neighbourhood where you can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep while still being close to everything you need. You are just a short distance from Boulevard Saint-Charles, which is the main commercial strip in the area. You’ll find plenty of grocery stores, pharmacies, and casual dining options there, from quick coffee stops to sit-down restaurants.
If you enjoy the outdoors, this part of the West Island is great. You are close to several local parks, and the beautiful Cap-Saint-Jacques Nature Park is a short drive away. It’s a massive park with hiking trails, a beach, and a farm, which is a fantastic spot to spend a sunny afternoon. The area feels safe and community-focused, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day in the city.
Since we include two parking spots, driving is by far the easiest way to get around. You are well-positioned to hop on the main boulevards that connect you to Highway 40, which is your direct route into downtown Montreal or toward the airport. Having the cars right outside makes grocery runs or day trips effortless.
For public transit, you have good options nearby as well. The 470 Express bus runs along Boulevard Saint-Charles and goes directly to the Côte-Vertu metro station, which is a solid option if you want to head downtown without driving into the city traffic. There are also local bus routes like the 201 or 68 that connect you to the Fairview Pointe-Claire shopping center and the future REM stations. While the neighbourhood is walkable for a casual stroll, most errands are best done by car or bus.
✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.
✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you`re welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.
✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.
✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Montreal has world class bars and clubs for you to enjoy. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation, no refunds, and extra cleaning fees. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, not near open doors or windows. A deep cleaning fee will apply for any indoor smoking ($450 CAD).
⋆NUMBER OF GUESTS
All people, including non-overnight visitors, must be declared in your reservation’s # of guests. Each undeclared guest and visitor incurs a $75 / per night fee plus extra cleaning charges (if required). No animals are allowed due to a personal critical health reason. This rule is non-negotiable. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.

In line with Airbnb and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times,, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning of regular use of the apartment, not parties or abuse. Please avoid food and drinks in bedrooms, remove shoes at the door, and dispose of trash properly. Please care for the property and furnishings so future guests can enjoy them too.
⋆WINDOWS & DOORS
Keep windows and doors closed and locked when not in use. On rainy days and in winter, avoid leaving windows open to prevent damage to the property.
⋆CHECK-IN TIME
Self-check-in is available after midnight, but assistance may be limited if I’m asleep. For support I suggest to keep with the Check-in window, I`m readily available from 8 AM to midnight for any issues and questions, always.
If arriving past midnight, let me know your estimated time in advance and be sure you received and reviewed the check-in instructions sent the day before.

Late check-outs are subject to a $65/hour fee past 11:00 a.m. up to 1:00 p.m, beyond 1:00 p.m. resulting in an extra night`s charge(this does not extend your reservation). Late check-out requests must be requested and pre-approved a full day in advance.

Lost keys or security items will incur an $85 replacement fee. Emergency assistance for lost items or intoxication-related access issues will result in a $150 charge.
