The 55m² vacation apartment consists of a very well equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request. A balcony, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains, is also part of the apartment. The shared garden with sunbathing lawn, children's playground, trampoline and table tennis offers plenty of space to play and relax. The area is known for its mild climate and is especially popular with nature and wine lovers. Numerous hiking and biking trails, such as the Valle Isarco Chestnut Trail or the area around Lake Varna, invite you to explore and many small wineries offer tastings of regional wines. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are 2 restaurants and 2 bistros, which can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket can be reached in 4 minutes (1.8km) by car. The center of Bressanone is an 8-minute drive (3.4km) away.
