Alpacas, cats, calves, Cameroon sheep, and rabbits love to be petted and fed by children. In winter, you can really let off some steam—for example, by sledding in a sack, bobsleighing, building snowmen, or having a good old-fashioned snowball fight. Take a deep breath—let go or get active. You can experience and learn about the annual farming cycle, including its traditions and culture. As you relax in the orchard and do nothing, you’ll rediscover the balance between body, mind, and soul. For active holidaymakers, our mountains offer every imaginable opportunity. In the summer, the spacious balcony is the perfect spot for breakfast and coffee. Enjoy the magnificent panoramic view over the Waidhofen Valley all the way to the Ötscher. The apartment features: 2 bedrooms (double bed), 1 bedroom (single bed), living room, kitchenette (kettle/coffee maker), bathroom/shower (hair dryer), separate toilet, sitting area, heated floors, satellite TV, balcony, radio, bed linens, and towels. Payment is due in cash on site or via advance bank transfer. A 20% deposit is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due on site. Check-in: 14:00 - 20:00 Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A travel cot is available free of charge upon request. For stays of 01.01.2026 or more, the overnight tax is 2.60 EUR per person per night. Pet policy: Dogs, cats, hamsters, and similar pets are allowed. One-time fee of 15 EUR per pet per stay. Meals: Upon request, you can put together your own breakfast basket on-site for an additional fee.
