Alpacas, cats, calves, Cameroon sheep, and rabbits love to be petted and fed by children. In winter, you can really let off some steam—for example, by sledding, bobsleighing, building snowmen, or having a good old-fashioned snowball fight. Take a deep breath—let go or get active. You can experience and learn about the farming year’s cycle, including its traditions and culture. As you relax in the orchard and do nothing, you’ll rediscover the balance between body, mind, and soul. For active holidaymakers, our mountains offer every imaginable opportunity. The “XeisBlick” apartment (38 sqm) is a medium-sized, practically furnished apartment for three adults or two adults and two children. Enjoy the view of the Redtenberg, the Gesäuse (Xeis), and the organic farm garden. The apartment features: a bedroom (double bed), a living room (sleep sofa), a kitchenette (kettle/coffee maker), bathroom/shower (hair dryer), separate toilet, sitting area, heated floors, satellite TV, radio, bed linens, and towels. Payment is due in cash on site or via advance bank transfer. A 20% deposit is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due on site. Check-in: 14:00 - 20:00. Check-out: by 11:00. Keys are handed over in person on site. A travel cot is available free of charge upon request. Nightly tax: EUR 2.60/person/night (ages 15 and up), not included in the price. Pet policy: Dogs, cats, hamsters, and similar pets are allowed. One-time fee of EUR 15 per pet per stay. Meals: Upon request, you can put together your own breakfast basket on-site for an additional charge.
