Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the heart of Texas Wine Country! Nestled on a quiet country road, this cozy getaway on Schumann Road offers rustic charm and modern comfort just minutes from the scenic 290 Wine Trail and historic Fredericksburg.

Unwind in a spacious, tastefully furnished home featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sun-drenched living area perfect for relaxing after a day of tastings and tours.

12 Acre Relaxing designer farmhouse perfectly located in the TX Hill Country. Plenty to keep you busy or just relax and bird watch in the afternoons. A very tranquil, private location, yet close enough to enjoy local wineries & restaurants.
