The "Küken" holiday apartment, newly built in 2018 and measuring 84 square metres, accommodates up to 2 people and is located in a quiet and charming setting in the Siedlinghausen district. Since it was formerly an art studio, several works of art are displayed throughout the apartment. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an extra-large double bed, a living room with a safe, a well-stocked minibar, a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, and hob. You’ll also have access to the bathroom, which features a spa shower, a freestanding bathtub, a toilet, and bath towels, as well as a private sauna. Additionally, an iPad, free Wi-Fi, toiletries, and other amenities are available during your stay. The flat-screen TV, complete with a free Netflix account, invites you to relax. Free parking is also available. The large Winterberg ski resort is located right nearby, offering a wide range of sports activities, such as skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and hiking and biking in the summer. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. “Das Küken” is a Sauerland Summer Card participating business. This means our guests enjoy many discounts at local recreational facilities! Pets are not allowed. Prices include bed linens, towels, and final cleaning. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; check-out is by 10:00 a.m.; different times may be possible upon request.
