GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
2. Loud volume is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied after the first warning.
3. Only registered guests and visitors on the platform, notified to the host, will be given access. For building security and access protocol, it is necessary to send us a photo of the official ID of each guest and visitor via the Airbnb chat, which will be requested at reception to verify identity and allow access to the building.
4. No parties are allowed and wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. In case of stains, an additional cleaning fee or replacement fee will be charged.
6. Towels and/or sheets will be charged if stained, whether from makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. If any damage to the furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the indicated parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are prohibited. If it is a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The amenity rules must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the designated place as indicated by the host. Check-out must be at 12:00 pm. If leaving after the check-out time without prior authorization, an additional charge of $500.00 MXN will be applied.

GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITY RULES

1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. The rules for each amenity must be followed, as indicated in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the photos in the listing.
3. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.

FINES

Violating any point in either set of rules can result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full item will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per comforter.

Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (if not reported to the host, an additional fee of $1,000 will apply).

Property damage: Value of material + labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.

Lost keys and/or cards will result in a replacement fee of $500 MXN.
