The light-filled living and dining area on the ground floor, with its cosy fireplace, invites you to relax and unwind. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking together in the evenings. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom with a sink on this level.
On the ground floor, two comfortable bedrooms with high-quality double beds await you for restful nights. The spacious wellness bathroom features a shower, a whirlpool tub, a toilet, and a sink—perfect for relaxing holiday moments.
The highlight of the upper level is the open-concept loft with an additional sleeping area, including a comfortable sofa bed and a magnificent panoramic view. Adjacent to this are another shower and the private Finnish sauna, which invites you to unwind after an eventful day.
The villa can accommodate up to 7 guests. An additional sleeper sofa in the living area provides flexibility and ample space for families or friends.
Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the spacious terrace or the rooftop terrace and let your gaze wander over the maritime scenery. Two free parking spaces are available right next to the house for your arrival. Of course, Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house.

Please note that electricity and water costs are not included in the travel price. These will be billed separately based on consumption. This allows you to monitor your individual usage and ensure fair billing.
For your convenience, we offer the option to book bed linens and towels in the form of linen packages directly through the Seeblick Ferien ORO agency. The cost is approximately €24 per person. If you book these laundry packages, your beds will already be made upon your arrival.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of 300 € must be paid in cash. This serves as a security deposit and will be refunded immediately upon checkout after utility costs have been deducted.
