On the top floor of this beautiful house, completed in November 2011, you’ll find the bright and comfortable “Fregatte” holiday apartment, which leaves nothing to be desired.

This 58-square-meter holiday home, consisting of two rooms, features, for example, a wood-burning stove with panoramic glass panels in the cosy living area and a bedroom equipped with a Loom bed and high-quality 7-zone cold-foam mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Both rooms are equipped with an LCD TV (102 cm) and a DVD player. In the spacious, bright bathroom, you’ll find a double sink, an XL shower area with a rain showerhead, and a washing machine.
The white high-gloss built-in kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a Senseo coffee maker. The teak dining area and two small “reading nooks” also invite you to linger.
The large, covered southwest-facing loggia with adjustable teak furniture rounds out the overall picture. The apartment also includes a storage room for bicycles and a parking space.
