House was ok but definitely needs some attention to detail. House is old and you notice it. Only the primary bedroom felt comfortable to stay in. Communication with team is great though. House does lack bikes, golf cart, basic cleaning supplies like a broom or vacuum so not ideal if you are staying with kids.

We had a great time! Overall, the house was great for our family. We cooked several times, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. We noticed a couple of negative things however. First, the house was overall clean, but the floors were pretty dirty. My kids feet were dirty after just walking around in the house. We just wore shoes inside after the first day because we couldn’t stand the feeling of dirty feet. Second, in the property description it says the public beach access is a 5-7 minute walk. That is not true. It’s a 15 minute walk. We have 3 little kids, so we ended up driving 8 minutes to Deer Lake State Park every day to go to the beach. I highly recommend that State Park! We had a great time there! I would recommend this property to someone, but be aware that the floors may be a little dirty and the walk to the public beach access is further than it says in the description.
