The Space:

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

-Outdoor Hot Tub

-Splash Pad

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.



Perfect for a romantic getaway, this hotel-style condo has everything guests will need to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen will make preparing meals easy, and guests will have access to the community gas grills if they want something a little more crispy. Spend time on the private balcony and gaze out onto the Gulf and downtown Destin. Guests can even see seasonal fireworks! The shared pool and hot tub, sauna, steam room, and fitness center are also available to guests.

When guests venture out, the city is a playground for family fun and outdoor adventures. Enjoy waterfront bars, restaurants, and shops along HarborWalk Village (just under three miles from the condo). Fish off the boardwalk or hike the stunning nature trails at Henderson Beach State Park one-and-a-half miles away. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park provides water slide and lazy river fun just half a mile away.

Condo was very clean, had a slight odor of Sea Food we are thinking but we bought air freshner and seemed to take the smell out. Several repairs going on around the building but good repairs. Splash pad seemed old and pool was ok. The guy renting and caring for the beach chairs/umbrellas was absolutely the best! Front desk check in and out was awesome as well. Will defiantly consider this place again.

Great overall

Great place to stay, has everything you need, giftshop with food you can take to your room, restaurant and bar on site, indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub. Staff is constantly cleaning. They did store our luggage due to a later flight. Umbrella rental is 35 per day and if you want chairs as well its 50 a day. Its optional, but if you don't rent them, you have to be further back on the beach, behind everyone who did rent them.

I would encourage anyone considering a stay to read the amenities carefully. Although the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware, nothing personal is provided, ie shampoo, body wash, bath soap, hair dryer. The construction noise was not bothersome to us. It would have been helpful to have instructions available for the two very nice tv's.
