The Space:

Sitting directly on the shores of Perdido Key is this bright vacation rental. A large balcony is the showstopper of this condo, offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico below. It can be accessed from the main bedroom and the living area.



Features include a well-equipped kitchen with a wet bar and a large commercial grade front-loading washer/dryer. There is also a storage closet located outside the front door for storing beach and pool supplies.



The primary suite has a king bed and a smart TV for Netflix streaming. The second bedroom offers two double beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full bath in the hallway for additional convenience and a Pack 'n Play for those traveling with little ones.



Palacio has two Gulf-front pools and a hot tub, along with a fitness center that also overlooks the water. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.



Nearby restaurants include The Jellyfish, Crab Trap, and Flora-Bama Yacht Club. Across the Alabama line and into Orange Beach is a variety of attractions, including The Wharf, Hangout, and Gulf State Park.

Amazing Laid-back Beach Vacation

Everything was amazing decor and all. The only complaint I have is that there were a few scratches on the dining room table and dresser in the master bedroom, also there wasn't enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub.

Palacio 1005 was spacious and had everything we needed! It was so clean and fresh smelling when we walked in! The couch was a favorite as it had room for everyone! Beautiful view and comfy furniture on the balcony! Thanks for a great stay! We’ve used Vacasa several years in a row and they are a top notch rental agency!

Wonderful beach access. Great for families.

This was the perfect property for 2 adults, 3 kids (13, 9, 6). Had plenty of room for 3 or 4 more. Pool area had plenty of seating in great shape. Walkway to beach is short & has lots of shower heads to rinse sand off when coming in. Used complimentary chairs and umbrella every day. They are set closer together than what we experienced with pay services at other beaches on Gulf but not too cramped. This is definitely on our list of favorites to return to!

Highly recommend!

The condo had gorgeous views. The location was perfect and just across the street from shopping, food, and snow cones. It was super easy to get to the beach. The beach service was super, be sure and check in with them as soon as you arrive to get closer to the water. The balcony furniture was super comfortable, that’s where we spent most of our time. The property manager was great, making sure our checkin process went ok and that the condo was in good condition. Just make sure your parking pass is visible at all times. I recommend moving your car while returning the parking pass because we got a sticker notice in the short time it took to return it. Other than that, no complaints. Don’t hesitate with this condo, we can’t wait to go again.

Nice unit but needs a little TLC

Nice complex. Big unit. Issue with the washing machine that took several days to fix but accommodations were made for us to be able to wash. The desk at the complex was helpful during business hours but it was frustrating to have to call the reservations phone number (and a long hold time) for after hours maintenance/service. Minor inconveniences in the unit that need attention but overall a nice place.
