The condo was absolutely beautiful! The balcony was huge and the view was amazing. This condo is directly over the hot tub, which was fine, but the last night we were there people were in the hot tub until 1 am and we could hear everything they said. Overall, it was a great stay at a beautiful place!
Beautiful views of the Gulf's white sandy beach and the hot tub made this place for us. There was plenty of space for 2-4 guest. The place was nice and clean. Since it was November, there were even throws for us to snuggle while watching a movie. No issues with anything. We will definitely stay there again.
Our stay at Windemere 406 was outstanding! Everything was beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels and pillows. The unit is one level above the pool, so it can get noisy if the doors are open. They provided mini shampoos and soap, as well as a washer and dryer with two laundry pods. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the place was very clean. It's located directly on the beach—just take the elevator down and walk about 20 feet to get there.
This was our 8th time coming to Perdido Key from Missouri. We love the area. The condo was perfect and was everything that we expected. We have yet to find a spot to stay in Perdido we didn’t like. We will be back again next year!
Beautiful condo, just like the pictures showed. Beds were extremely comforatable but the sofa had huge stains on it and the patio furniture seriously needs replacement. Other than that, this is a great place to stay. Directly on the beach with restaurants very close by.

Condo was fantastic. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen nice. Ocean right in front of us... Loved sitting on the patio watching the waves. Parking was convenient but spaces were very tight, even for a small car. Don't even try to bring a large truck or SUV. Great dining options nearby.
The condo was nice. There were a few things. The couch has a bad stain on it. The ice maker in the refrigerator freezer wasn’t working and the bed frame in the first bedroom sticks out further than the mattress. Our friend hit her leg several times on the bed frame.

The condominium was super easy to find. Our condo was easy to get into. It’s easy to get to the beach. It’s easy to get to restaurants. The interior of the condo is beautiful and very clean. The only problem that we had, which really isn’t a problem at all, was the teeny tiny parking garage. But, no stress, because they have an overflow parking lot! The pool, Jacuzzi, and beach were all wonderful. The beach is wonderful! Shallows for littles and a sandbar our a little ways. From the balcony we could see dolphins in the mornings! 11/10! *****
Property was just as listed and a beautiful view. Only thing that wasn’t shared was master bathroom water pressure was a slow trickle which made it difficult at times and no wash clothes in either bathroom. Parking was definitely negative and not easy. Very narrow ramp entering and exiting which made turning and parking very difficult. Parking would for sure influence staying here again.
Loved the location, easy access to beach and pool, parking is great, condo is spacious and nice storage and balcony. Only complaint was the master bed mattress is super thin and nothing but springs. Like a Motel 8 mattress. We requested a topper but nobody fulfilled that request so we went and bought one ourselves just to get through two more nights. We packed it back up and brought it home with us so I highly suggest making sure they’ve fixed that before you book.

This property has incredible views of the beach, convenient parking, easy beach access, and was very clean. The pictures are accurate, and it seemed even bigger in person! I had a very hard time communicating with the host. I sent 3 messages with no response over a week, then called, and while on hold I texted the number given with no response, and finally was able to speak with a real person after holding. I would definitely stay in this property again, but be warned that it might be difficult to get in touch before check-in!!

Definitely nice but needs some upkeep. Most electric devices don’t work or have an issue. Tv in master bedroom volume doesn’t work and there is no instructions on how to use any of the 3 remotes. The sound bar won’t even turn on. The guest bedroom light doesn’t turn on. Not to mention the cleaning lady came into the rental without knocking and over 30 minutes before checkout. Scared me and I screamed when the door opened from the outside. No warning, this is not ok in anyway! You expect at least privacy and safety when you rent a place this expensive! I hadn’t even checked out yet, this is not ok and was very upsetting. Also, no one mentioned the pool and hot tub would be under construction while our stay. One of the reason we even rented this property is because of the pool and hot tub and we couldn’t even use it! Not happy with our stay and lack of communication we experienced.

Location was great, but place needs some timely repairs done.
They have no front office at this facility and all the condo repairs and maintenance is done by outside sources. We contacted Vacasa (800 number) about some issues we had when we arrived, it took them about 2 days to respond back to us ( I believe she called back from a satellite office in another state). They sent someone out the next day. When they arrived the repairman was only made aware of 2 out of the 5 issues we had. They did the routine stuff ( plugged shower head) but any of the appliances repairs ( no cold water cycle for the clothes washer) had to be OK'd by the owner and an appliance repairman contacted. Never did hear back from them.

The location of the condo was great. Unfortunately, cleaning not optimal
Location was great. However, sheets on the main bedroom we’re dirty and by the time we realized was after hours. So, we have to wash the sheets ourselves, this allowed us to see a big nasty yellow stain in the mattress. The next day the property manager sent housekeeping providing a cover mattress and fresh sheets and gave me 10% refund for the trouble. The whole experience since I booked was less than ideal. I had to spend over two hours with Vacasa trying to get one of my two bookings canceled and fully refunded. I had two booking because right after I booked the first time I received an email saying that the place was already booked. They provided a list of available places and that is what I did, I booked a second place. Then the next day I realize le that my CC got charged for both. When I called to have the issue fixe they tried to blame me stating that I miss understood the email. After over two hours going back and forth they received the emails I forwarded them so they were able to see that is was not my mistake and finally they agreed to refund me.
