The Space:

This beautiful, fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. This is a perfect spot for a large family, with beautiful views, spacious rooms, and plenty of privacy with three different bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The primary bedroom is on the Gulf side with doors leading to the balcony. Other features of this bright, cheerful vacation rental include a kitchen with appliances and countertops, separate ice maker and bar/sink, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath has a large walk-in shower. TVs are equipped throughout all the bedrooms as well as the living room. The living room has recently been updated with a new sofa, loveseat, dining furniture, and artwork.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Great condo with a spacious balcony & outdoor furniture, ocean views. The living space is roomy, & the building is clean & well-maintained; there always seems to be someone taking care of the property, which is appreciated. I would definitely stay at this condo or another by Avari. The master bedroom is updated & has great lighting for getting ready; I loved the shower. The other two bathrooms are average & serve their purpose. There is plenty of space for a large group; the bedroom with twin beds has been updated to include a twin-over-full bunk bed & a twin. The fridge has an ice maker & water filter attached, which is perfect for filling our Owalla water bottles for the beach. The balcony doors do not lock, but this seems to be common in other places I have stayed too. The biggest improvement that could be made is removing the carpet & replacing the blinds in the master; they didn't cover the door all the way. The condo has a washer & dryer and comes with a Keurig coffee maker. I can't comment on kitchen appliances as we only stayed 3 days & did not cook. The complex also has an ice maker. Comes with Beach Service- an appreciated perk. Beach service prices keep rising every year; if you need to rent an additional 2 chairs and umbrella its 68 a day! Area recommendations- Okaloosa National Seashore for rough-water days. Stewbies is a must! If you need beach gear, check out the thrift stores. Walk the pier. follow Cory/Boat Captain on tik tok for area info.
