Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Condo great location to beach access. Bathrooms and kitchen was updated and nice and clean. Tvs good size. Had shampoo and conditioner and body wash included. Need to update the info that's left in the room with a map of the property. I had no idea there was a separate building with an office. I didn't find out where the gym was until 2nd day and code never worked to get in. I could have went to office for help but I didn't worry with it at that point. The Avari team was very good at messaging me back and I messaged them alot. Lol the dryer did not work. I did 5 cycles and clothes still wet. Ended up taking my clothes to my sister's condo to dry. They did reach out and was going to send someone, but i didnt want anyone in our condo while we were there. 2 beach chairs and umbrella are included with tour stay on a first come first serve basis starting at 9am. Coffee makers were dirty, fans were really dirty and needs vacuuming. The main bedroom does not cool off like rest of condo. Overall for as much time as we spent. It was a good condo. Washer and dryer needs to be replaced and the air needs to be fixed in master bedroom. We appreciated the timely replies from the Avari team.
