Freshly painted throughout in November of 2024 and located on the Gulf of Mexico, the beautiful Islander Condo 1-0205 provides everything needed for a perfect vacation. This private studio provides comfort for up to 4 guests. Equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils there is a sense of home comfort. Watch the newest movies with the DVD rentals, and lovely flat screen TVs. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony while sipping on a tropical drink. Don't forget to grab some sunscreen and head to the outdoor community pool. Soak up the sun from your beach chairs and umbrella on the beaches of the Emerald Coast.

It was a cozy little condo for a couple to have a getaway at. Nice view, room was clean and nice, and easy beach access.
