This 600 sq ft one bedroom, one bath condo is perfect for a couple or a family traveling with children. It can accommodate up to six people. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a set of tucked-away berth bunks perfect for the kids, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.



You'll love the coastal cuteness of the furnishings at your fully equipped, vacation-ready condo, which includes your own private balcony, where your view will be of the Gulf of Mexico and nearby pools. This condo was perfect for myself, my wife, and our two kids. The condo is smaller but well-appointed. The location can't be beat! It has a gulf front view and is close to the pool, beach access, and on-site restaurant! Having everyone we need on-site, including a coffee shop, was so nice and relaxing! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the view and proximity to the pool and boardwalk. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Overall, we liked this space and would stay again with what we know now.It was musty. The bathroom fan does not work. We found a fan in the closet and ran it a lot. But it's big and takes up a lot of space. Otherwise you can't get anything dry if it's humid out. The space is small with little storage.The door lock is hard to manage if you have any issues with arm strength or coordination. It's basically a two person job, as you have to pull really hard towards you while entering a very long passcode (looking at your phone). Access with luggage or mobility issues: there are only ramps on the inside parking lot, and the elevator is halfway down the building. You'll be managing several steps to get out to your vehicle if you park on the road/closest to your entrance.

We were very upset not having the hot tub to use while we were there for the month. We’ve gone to Tucson and Florida. We have always had a working hot tub. When looking for places to stay that’s why we choose it for the hot tub. We understand things break down, but they usually get fixed in a very timely manner and five weeks is ridiculous. If it’s the HOA and board issue, why can’t they go and do a Zoom meeting and get things taken care of and make their customers happy for where they’re staying at and paying for it. We feel that we should be compensated for not being able to use the hot tub the whole month and the swimming pool the last week.

Nice little quiet place with a nice view from the balcony. It is a little bit of a hike to the beach, mabe 100 t0 150 yards but its well worth the hike. Would recommend a wagon for your chairs and beach stuff. The beach is perfect and not extremely crowded.

We could not have asked for a better stay! The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the view was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back again some day! The only thing I might suggest would be a little broom to sweep.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Being so close to the beach was a plus to this condo for sure.

We enjiyed our time there, next time we want to stay longer to really enjoy the beach more. It rained most of the first day. We chose to enjoy the beach and the pool instead of venturing out. We thought the food was great from Kiva Grill and the bar tender/waitress was very kind. Sassy Bass was ok for us but not worth the price. Kat was super nice and funny at check in.
