These holiday rentals are for anyone who doesn’t want to compromise—here, you really don’t have to decide whether you’d rather stay in a quieter area, a more central location, or closer to the beach! Because here you truly have it all in the perfect combination: The two apartments, “Piratennest 1” and “Piratennest 2” are the perfect “hideaway” in a quiet location next to the spa park, just 200 m from the dike and two beach access points, and only another 150 m from the Kurhaus, the pier, and the start of the two shopping streets...

Both of these 3-room holiday apartments are located on the upper floor and in the attic of a three-family home and each feature a cosy living area, a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (high-quality box-spring bed), another bedroom with two single beds in the attic, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate guest bathroom. The sunny, south-facing loggia rounds out the holiday experience... Other highlights include the wood-burning stove in the living area and the nearly private SAUNA, which you’ll only have to share with the second holiday apartment on the upper floor!

With a floor area of approximately 50 square metres each, these two truly outstanding holiday apartments can accommodate 2–4 people each and, thanks to their location right next to one another, are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for booking as a “double pack”—for example, for couples who are friends, extended families, or similar groups who want to holiday together but prefer to stay separately!!

You can conveniently park your car in your own parking space right in front of the house. Simply leave everyday life behind, “hide away” at the PIRATENNEST and the ALBRECHT VON HOLLAND residence, and just enjoy the wonderful tranquility just a few steps away from the bustling town centre...

And it’s less than 1,000 metres to the idyllic Bodden harbour via Störtebeker Street and Hafenstraße!

Wir machten hier bereits zum zweiten Mal Urlaub. Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es kein WLAN, aber das ist ein Plus, wenn man mal richtig abschalten will. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Sauna und Kamin sind im Winter besonders empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Eine sehr schöne FeWo. Für Familie mit 4 Kindern geeignet. Strandnah, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shopping, Spielplätze, Eis essen, Fischbrötchen... Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Putzmittel sind für mind 5 Tage vorrätig, Gewürze sind da und sogar Kaffee. Wir 4 empfehlen diese FeWo.
