I have been going to Orange Beach for some time now and this is the best place I've stayed. If you're looking for something on the bay side with boat access, you wont find anything better.

Loved this place! It was perfect for our short stay (2 people) and ideally located. It was as advertised, clean, nicely appointed and well managed. However, make sure to bring your own coffee and condiments because they are not supplied.

Great place out of the hustle

This condo is very nice, it was very clean. There aren’t many units at this location so it’s never crowded. Everything you need is in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast everyday. The pool is right outside the door. We chose to drive over the bridge (has to be less than a mile) to the state park site to go to the beach. We never tried walking across the highway. Would definitely stay here again.

We had no wifi the whole week. Contacted the office every day and all we got was the run around. Talke to the company that does the cable and was told that the owners did not have WiFi. This is bull sh$t

Great retreat

This townhouse is nice and conveniently located. just across the street from the Gulf Restaurant. To access the beach you can either drive across the bridge to the state park beach which is huge and nice, or it is a short walk across the street and to the beach ( 1700 feet ). Property overlooks a small marina type area. The pool is steps away from front door. It is very convenient to walk thru the marina to a small business area with an outside bar area and live music several nights. There is a small kids play area in this business near the bar, that was fun to walk over to and relax while the kids played. Only complaint would be that unless you have been here before it is not stated or marked that the entrance to the townhouse is on the opposite side of the building than the parking lot. Once you figure it out it is not a problem. Great place and well appointed for a rental. I would return.
