Very clean. Ac worked great, beds were comfortable. Love that there was an area to leave your beach toys when your through with them and you can take them to the beach w you as well The concession stand/shop by the pool was very convenient

The place was clean. Not much of a view of the beach unless you stick your head over the balcony and look left. View is of a neighboring parking garage not beach or gulf. Furniture is not same as in pictures it is older. It is a nice place for a budget but does need some updating.
