Just can't beat the views in this condo! The corner unit was amazing, each room had its own access to the balcony and each room had a view of the ocean! We were able to watch the dolphins playing every day right from our balcony. I absolutely loved having a table for 6 on the balcony as well so we could enjoy our meals together as a family out there. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cups, bowls, plates, silverware, etc. I loved having access to a blender as well. Missed having a crock pot though, as I love using a crock pot while on vacation, so my only suggestion would be to add a crock pot to the kitchen. Plenty of towels available for everyone and loved having access to the washer/dryer for our swimsuits and just being able to wash clothes before we left to come back home. The trash chute was close by, so it was super easy to take the trash out each day. Beds were comfortable. Loved that it had a gated entry to the parking lot, it felt very safe and there was plenty of parking. Indoor pool was nice to have, especially since it was a winter trip. Really no complaints and we would absolutely stay here again!
Overall the experience was one of the best I’ve every had! I would recommend this to all of my friends and family.

For the second time of renting this corner unit, the HOA apparently neglected to notify owners of construction projects. Two years ago, it was the immediate shutdown of indoor pool, hot tub and workout room for last two weeks of month-long stay. This January (2026), it was an entire construction project of the full entry, complete with jackhammers ricocheting throughout the building for more than two weeks!The condo, itself, is beautiful as a corner 8th floor unit. It has taken some beating over the last two years; furniture needs a good deep steam cleaning. Kitchen needs more utensils. But when you work hard all year to save up to “snowbird” for a month and spend a lot of money renting this unit, with ZERO communication throughout that year of booking about the construction, dust and debris (and this doesn’t include the 9th floor balcony repairs and that equipment), it’s unacceptable. And the owner was apparently trying to think of some way to make it right? How about compensating half of our stay or a future stay? #makeitrightVacasa did help by moving us to another building along with some compensation and for that we were grateful.
Would definitely stay there again.
Vacasa rep was great in helping deal w a couple minor issues but really enjoyed our vacation there.
About only negative was no beach chairs or towels as we forgot to pack them, but thats on us too as listing doesn’t say they’re included.
Did I mention that we’d definitely stay there again?
We had an excellent experience staying at this location. Location right on a private beach, a fully stocked kitchen, and very clean. The check in/out experience and area was very quiet due to security monitoring. Great place overall
The location of this condo in Orange Beach was perfect! It was close to shopping and restaurants. Our condo was very comfortable and had a great view of the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the large deck and playing in the pool. We felt very safe in the gated parking area.
The master sheets were very worn, even had holes in them. It could have had a deeper clean too.. but other than that, I can't say enough nice things about the place as a whole. The guards on duty were so nice and helpful, so easy to check in. The view was absolutely the best! Very nice place.

Condo itself was great value. A few maintenance items including tile on patio and a door threshold need repaired but overall great shape. Properties signs that the entire property is smoke free, but I was impossible to sit in balcony without smelling smoke which is annoying but not in control of property owner.
I highly recommend this unit. It has a wraparound deck that goes along two sides outside walls. The unit is very nicely decorated and bright. Very nice touches the kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes and utensils, pots and pans. Even extra gadgets!
The only negative asked to do with the quality of the paper products. And that there were no hot pads. But I am telling you, you cannot go wrong or regret eating this unit.
I am a home stager by trade; there wasn't one thing i would change as far as decor, scale & placement of furniture and comfortability in this light & bright, airy condo. From the gated community with overnight guard, to the corner unit with all views it offers, to each bedroom having a sliding door, the spacious covered patio, dolphin sightings every morning, sunrise & sunset, full size washer & dryer, (pretty) fully stocked kitchen, the convenience of the rubbish shoot (lol), and maintained landscaping, pool & outdoor area, and the Orange Beach community in general ~ it was great! We contacted Vacasa a few times to request a new furnace filter and the washing of the exterior of windows after a 26-hour wind and rainstorm (being we were there for a full month); both requests were met with immediate response.
On the flip side, here are the negatives:
~ a parking pass should be included with a monthly rent, ~ it was not disclosed to us that the beach would be going through a restoration process and would close off the beach at certain places and days (which, after researching what was going on, we found articles about this project released in May 2023);
~ no notification that the indoor pool would close so that a new ceiling could be installed, leaving no use of it or hot tub (I was told that owners knew this was scheduled, but did not relay to renters); and,
~ some units were having flooring jackhammered out, causing loud noise throughout days & zero communication.
